Woodlife by Woodcraft provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Woodlife by Woodcraft reserves the right to modify at any time these Terms and Conditions by posting a new version on the site.



All content includes on the site such as text, graphics, logos and images are all owned by Woodlife by Woodcraft and are protected by international copyright laws.



Prices advertised on this site are indicated in euros, including VAT, excluding all shipping charges. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.


Product Descriptions

Woodlife by Woodcraft attempts to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete reliable, or error free. We reserve the right to correct errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.



Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 5 working days. The delay can slightly vary depending on destination. We will email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Our products are delivered at the mentioned address given by the client.

If a package is returned to Woodlife by Woodcraft with the following circumstances indicated: “Does not live at address mentioned on order,” “delivery deadline exceeded” or any other indication engaging the buyer’s responsibility, Woodlife by Woodcraft will ask the buyer to cover the shipping costs for another delivery attempt. In the case of the refusal of the buyer to cover these costs, Woodlife by Woodcraft will refund the cost of the product minus the delivery charges of the first delivery attempt.


Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In case the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. For any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded.



You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within a period of 14 days after the delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You must send the goods back to Woodlife by Woodcraft, Vaderlandstraat 5 - 9000 Gent, Belgium, at your own cost within 14 days after cancelling the contract.

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancelation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 


What do we do with your information?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time by contacting us at celine@woodcraft.be.

- in cases where we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber crime or to protect the website, rights, personal safety of person/s
